Custom millwork package built for the front entrance, staff kitchen area and office print area. The scope focused on delivering a clean, durable reception area with integrated storage and visual impact.

Scope Details

  • Reception desk with solid surface service counter.

  • Matt finish HPL kitchen cabinets with waterfall solid surface countertop.

  • HPL storage cabinets and file cabinets.

Execution Notes

  • Fully fabricated in-house.

  • Solid surface built up to 1" thickness and miter fold seamlessly.

  • Change orders and add-ons were handled smoothly, with clear communication and minimal impact to the project schedule.

Custom curved decorative millwork for the sanctuary area, designed to integrate with existing architecture.

Scope Details

  • Tapestry surround on the sanctuary dais.

  • Solid oak curved nosing for sanctuary dais.

  • Custom furniture and cabinetry.

  • All woodwork stained to match existing architectural mouldings.

Execution Notes

  • Fully fabricated in-house.

  • Specialty components produced using CNC and steam bending techniques.

  • Shop-applied stain and finish.

  • Oil-based finish selected for ease of touch-ups.

  • HPL reception/service desk with revealed edge worktop.

  • HPL slat feature wall behind reception.

  • Integrated upholstered seating with millwork base.

  • Boardroom cabinetry and paneling with minimalist detailing.

  • HPL slats hand-applied for consistent grain appearance.
